Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from our UK facility, typically within one to two working days of payment confirmation. Dispatch times may be extended during periods of high demand or around public holidays, and we will notify customers of any significant delay.

Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All orders are packaged discreetly and designed to protect product integrity in transit, including temperature-sensitive handling where appropriate for peptide compounds.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of research chemical products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched, except where the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. If you believe your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence, and we will investigate promptly.

Cancellation requests made before an order has been dispatched will be processed in full. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is a result of our error.
